Here is another wonderful Blogger Template for you guys "Field of Dreams". As you can see, the template is very good,professional looking two column blogger template. Originally it was a wordpress theme designed by notsoboringlife.com. I converted it to Blogger Format.Hope you like it :)

After downloading the template, Unzip it and upload the xml file using the upload template option in Template » Edit html

»After uploading the template, you can convert the links and text at the top navbar (see the screenshot below)

Scroll down the template until you see this code:

Change the Anchor text (ex: Home,Pictures,Videos,Contact) and enter the corresponding url in between the a href tags

example:

<a href="'http://yourdesiredlink.com'">Pictures</a>

Go through the template code and find this

<b:if cond="'data:top.showAuthor'"> <data:top.authorlabel/> <data:post.author/> </b:if> on

and replace the above code with this one

<b:if cond="'data:top.showAuthor'"> <data:top.authorlabel/> <data:post.author/> </b:if> on <data:post.timestamp/>

and Save the template.

Can I use keyboard shortcuts while posting?

Blogger has several keyboard shortcuts you can use while editing posts. They definitely work in Internet Explorer 5.5+/Windows and the Mozilla family (1.6+ and Firefox 0.9+), and might work in other browsers. Here they are:

* control + b = Bold
* control + i = Italic
* control + l = Blockquote (when in HTML-mode only)
* control + z = Undo
* control + y = Redo
* control + shift + a = Link
* control + shift + p = Preview
* control + d = Save as Draft
* control + p = Publish Post
* control + s = Autosave and keep editing
* control + g = Indic transliteration
